Intero means "whole" or "entire" in Italian, and embraces traditional Italian sensibilities and cooking techniques while featuring seasonal Texas ingredients. Utilizing locally raised entire animals and locally farmed whole produce, we provide a sustainable and contemporary approach in our dishes embodying the idea behind Italian cuisine which is rooted in necessity and gratitude towards ingredients. Unique to Austin, but inspired by the popular concept in small cafes throughout Italy, Intero features a chocolate counter in its front space with truffles and barks.
