Established in 2016.
L'Oca d'Oro opened in June 2016. Austin American Statesman listed us as the #1 Restaurant in Austin in 2022. We were listed as Austin Chronicle's Favorite Restaurant 2021. Eater Austin Essential 38 since 2018.

Business Owner
Fiore is an affable fellow who makes beautiful food inspired by his love of Italy filtered through a typically unorthodox Italian-American upbringing in upstate New York. He toured the world as a drummer has worked with open flames making some of the country's best pizza (Roberta's) and brisket (Franklin BBQ). He loves feeding people and generally makes those around him feel good about themselves.
