Intero specializes in contemporary Italian dishes featuring handmade pastas, farm-to-table produce, and in-house butchery utilizing locally raised whole animals. Enjoy alongside specialty cocktails, a curated wine list, hand crafted artisan chocolates, and a warm, welcoming, casual atmosphere. Intero means "whole" or "entire" in Italian, and embraces traditional Italian sensibilities and cooking techniques while featuring seasonal Texas ingredients. Utilizing locally raised entire animals and locally farmed whole produce, we provide a sustainable and contemporary approach in our dishes embodying the idea behind Italian cuisine which is rooted in necessity and gratitude towards ingredients. Unique to Austin, but inspired by the popular concept in small cafes throughout Italy, Intero features a chocolate counter in its front space with truffles and barks. Sipping chocolate is also on the dessert menu. Enjoy craft cocktails and a curated wine list as well as locally roasted coffee.
