About the Business

Specialties

We use the very best ingredients! - Our meat, poultry, and seafood are always sustainably sourced and raised. - We serve local small batch liquors and have many local brewery beers on tap - We make from scratch all of our own sauces, gravies, poutine, aioli, bacon jam, bloody mary mix, biscuits, cinnamon rolls and more.

History

Established in 2011.

In 2007, Skillet Street Food was one of the first food truck experiences in the national street food movement. After a decade we are still serving on the streets of Seattle out of our Airstream, but Skillet is now much more. Our food trucks are used by our thriving catering enterprise, supporting weddings, private parties, and corporate events throughout the PNW. We also cook Skillet deliciousness every day at our three brick and mortar restaurants: the Skillet Diner in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, Skillet in the Regrade district of downtown Seattle and the Skillet: Counter located in the Armory at the Seattle Center. The original street food business has become a brand but has not strayed from its roots: great food prepared with care. We support local farmers that source responsibly, local bakers in SODO, and Seattle area distillers & brewers. We cook from scratch and use the best of ingredients. It is our mission to continue to deliver five-star food in a relaxed atmosphere.
