Coming from a family of restaurateurs, Tony and his wife were no strangers to running a kitchen, and they eventually decided to open a place of their own. Zaap Kitchen is bringing Laotian food to Dallas alongside Thai street food favorites. With fast, modern counter service and fresh, made-to-order dishes, they're fitting in perfectly in such a young, evolving city. Tony grew up cooking and serving his family's traditional recipes, so when he realized his neighborhood in Dallas had no Laotian options, he decided to take matters into his own hands. He and his wife have crafted a menu of delicious Laotian and Thai dishes that seamlessly combine fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. He loves introducing his community to the amazing cuisine of Laos and connecting with his neighbors over delicious food.
