History
Established in 2013.
Stella Public House was conceived by a group of foodies who wanted to bring a new concept to the world of Neopolitan-style pizza in San Antonio. The "farm-to-pizza" idea began with a 100 year old sourdough starter that was procured in Naples, Italy with which an exceptional dough is made that produces a chewy, thin crust. Produce and proteins sourced from local farms and ranchers are added then it's baked to perfection in a Forno Bravo Modena oven. The Southtown gastropub takes tremendous pride in supporting sustainable food producers as well as offering its guests an exceptional selection of craft beers and wines. Open every day for lunch and dinner while also boasting one of the best daily happy hours from 3-6.
