The all-day diner turns out a seasonally changing menu with healthful modern twists on traditional favorites. In addition to the robust coffee program by Greenway Coffee, guests can enjoy healthful juices and elixirs, a rotating selection of local craft beers, an approachable wine list, and handcrafted cocktails served in a modern industrial atmosphere.

Aaron Lyons, a first-time restaurateur, created the casual, farm-to-table concept for Dish Society after becoming frustrated with the lack of conscious and approachable options for REAL food. Aaron wrote the business plan while earning his MBA at The University of Texas at Austin and opened the first location in 2014 with hopes of growing the concept across Texas and eventually the country.
