We are dedicated to using the highest quality and freshest ingredients possible, Dish Society sources a majority of its items locally from suppliers such as Atkinson Farms, Kalera, and Slow Dough Bread Company, among others. The all-day diner turns out a seasonally changing menu with healthful modern twists on traditional favorites. In addition to the robust coffee program by Greenway Coffee, guests can enjoy healthful juices and elixirs, a rotating selection of local craft beers, an approachable wine list, and handcrafted cocktails served in a modern industrial atmosphere.

History

Established in 2014.

Dish Society launched its first location on San Felipe in Houston, TX in January of 2014 and currently has 5 locations across Houston.

Business Owner

Aaron Lyons, a first-time restaurateur, created the casual, farm-to-table concept for Dish Society after becoming frustrated with the lack of conscious and approachable options for REAL food. Aaron wrote the business plan while earning his MBA at The University of Texas at Austin and opened the first location in 2014 with hopes of growing the concept across Texas and eventually the country.
