History
Established in 1993.
Opening in 1993 as the Cornflour at the Old Mill, the restaurant established itself in Pigeon Forge as the place to go for family style dinning. In 1995 the name was changed to the Old Mill Restaurant when the Old Mill next door was purchased. Stone ground products had always been used in recipes at the restaurant, but now they could incorporate them freely into any recipe and experiment to create an menu with flavors and textures that could only be found at the Old Mill Restaurant.
