The Old Mill Restaurant is legendary in the Smoky Mountains for the hearty, delicious, classic Southern breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. At breakfast, guests are greeted with a basket of mini muffins, our Smoky Mountain Special Preserves, and sourwood honey. When we serve lunch and dinner, we bring you a basket of fritters and maple butter to start your meal and serve your vegetables family-style. Folks drive from Michigan, Florida, and beyond to share our tables and savor homemade comfort food, including our made-from-scrach pies, fritters, and fresh baked biscuits and yeast breads

History

Established in 1993.

Opening in 1993 as the Cornflour at the Old Mill, the restaurant established itself in Pigeon Forge as the place to go for family style dinning. In 1995 the name was changed to the Old Mill Restaurant when the Old Mill next door was purchased. Stone ground products had always been used in recipes at the restaurant, but now they could incorporate them freely into any recipe and experiment to create an menu with flavors and textures that could only be found at the Old Mill Restaurant.
