Business Owner

Nick has grown up in the hospitality business from the age of 16.  After attending culinary school in California and spending over 6 years as a chef in Europe, he moved to New York City to gain experience in one the world's most lucrative hospitality hubs.  While on a weekend trip to Long Island he noticed that outside of chain restaurants and casual diners and dive bars, there were no venues that offered the experiential element that he found so essential to the dining experience.  His goal was to bring the renowned Manhattan dining model to Long Island in an unpretentious, warm manner, where the quality of food is just as important as the experience itself.  The Clubhouse is a culmination of ideas and inspirations he has gathered while visiting and working in different restaurants all over the world.
