Two Texans and a New York BBQ lover from "The Point" in the Hudson Valley opened the business to bring real Texas BBQ to the east coast. The menu was kept simple but truly authentic. Great food and friendly down-home service have been the working motto from the beginning..

Linda is a blue-eyed Longhorn (a UT graduate with a PhD no less). She, like most of us Texans, knows what TX BBQ is all about. Bill is a "Good Ol' Boy" from the Hudson Valley but with a true down-home TX attitude and a culinary background to match.
