Real TX smoked BBQ & friendly down-home service. That's been our motto from the beginning. Brisket, Ribs, Chicken and Sausage all smoked to perfection-moist, juicy and full of flavor. The menu is kept simple and completely authentic. And the sides weren't forgotten-mac & cheese with a touch of jalapeno- cowboy beans-TX potato salad-garlic mashed pototoes-fried green beans-fried okra & much more. History

Established in 2009.

Two Texans and a New York BBQ lover from "The Point" in the Hudson Valley opened the business to bring real Texas BBQ to the east coast. The menu was kept simple but truly authentic. Great food and friendly down-home service have been the working motto from the beginning..

Linda is a blue-eyed Longhorn (a UT graduate with a PhD no less).  She, like most of us Texans, knows what TX BBQ is all about.  Bill is a "Good Ol' Boy" from the Hudson Valley but with a true down-home TX attitude and a culinary background to match.
