The goal behind opening Ovelia was to offer a taste of Greek cooking at its core. Most of the dishes have been family recipes for generations although Ovelia specialties are modern creations the stay true to the greek fundamentals. We matched this philosophy with the innovative decor, international sounds and award winning cocktails.

Chris has been an honored guest at Gracie Mansion, 2018 Powhatan Honoree; Appeared/interviewed by CNN, Al Jazeera, CBS, ABC and interviewed by the Daily news and New York Times.
