The recipes are unique to MoCA, derived from and inspired by the traditions of Asia's most popular culinary hotspots, from Tokyo to Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur, from Sechuan to Seoul and more. Over the years, these dishes have evolved while consistently ensuring the success of each new fine-dining establishment under the MoCA brand. The name "MoCA" comes from "Modern Concept Culinary Arts." The MoCA team has implemented cooking as an artistic endeavor, aiming to present a modern healthy concept with artistic principles of color, fragrance, balance, and overall presentation. "MoCA" in Cantonese is "無愧," which stands for the kind of gratitude that is sincerely felt toward every customer we serve.
