The Kossar's heritage was born in New York City in 1936. In addition to our brick oven bialys and kettle boiled bagels, we offer a full line of delicious old world specialty baked goods such as babka and challah. We use the same recipes from over 80 years ago and everything we make is all natural without any preservatives. With Kossar's, you can taste the tradition.
