History

Established in 2000.

Manager Paul has worked in the bagel business since he was only 16 years old. From that young age, he knew that the services he was providing were something truly special for the people of Brooklyn, New York. That feeling of fulfillment led Paul to make a full time career in the bagel industry. Since that time, he has expanded the Bagelsmith shop to include two locations and a variety of food items to satisfy every customer. Today, Paul welcomes everyone in the area, whether residents or visitors, to come and experience the Bagelsmith difference.
