Chef Richard Hamilton's menu, inspired by authentic Mexican food he cooked as a "breather" to his fine dining life, is full of flavor with dishes made from scratch. Try our Taco de Pescado with its crispy or grilled tilapia and tangy chipotle mayo, the vegetarian-friendly Tostada de Hongo's stewed mushrooms and poblano pepper, or a popular guest favorite - the Giant Nacho Platter! Just be sure to wash it all down with a margarita, a glass of sangria, or one of our many craft beers. The name Deep South Taco is a nod to Richard's heritage and love of the south. He was born in Oklahoma, lived in Nashville, and worked in many other areas of the south - this is where his passion begins and Deep South Taco serves the same food he loves to cook for family and friends.
