Owner- Corey Bousquet began this project roughly 2 years ago.  The Brick was designed by him from the ground up.  Growing up in the restaurant industry, he has devoted his entire life to pursuing his dream of opening up a farm to table style restaurant.  His passion and commitment to each and every guest is evident in everything he does!
