I have always enjoyed creating fresh flavorful dishes. The most fulfilling part of cooking is watching guests relax and enjoy my culinary creations. I have an extensive background in the restaurant industry ranging from Head chef to General Manager titles. When I decided to venture out on my own I promised myself and our guests that I would deliver the freshest, most flavorful food around. Everything is prepared on site at Southern Freh to be sure and uphold this promise.
