I have worked in Resorts Casinos  and cruise ships over the past 25 years    starting out in the back of the house then moving to the  front of the house and eventually as the food and beverage director on a cruise ship  and a 1400 room casio in Atlantic city.  Then in 1999 I went into business for my self so as they say in NOLA   let the good times roll
