Our front door is a portal to the Big Easy. Once you step inside, you'll find yourself in a colorful, musical, art-covered wonderland. We combine fresh, wild-caught seafood with the flavors and feelings of New Orleans for a whole that's greater than the sum of its delicious parts. But wait -- it gets better. Every Cajun-influenced plate comes with a patio breeze, an bayfront view, and some rockin' live music on the side. A pint of one of our 26 craft beers is the finishing touch. I have worked in Resorts Casinos  and cruise ships over the past 25 years    starting out in the back of the house then moving to the  front of the house and eventually as the food and beverage director on a cruise ship  and a 1400 room casio in Atlantic city.  Then in 1999 I went into business for my self so as they say in NOLA   let the good times roll
