History

Established in 2010.

Parmesan Pete's started a few years ago in Bonita Springs, exclusively as a take-out restaurant. We relocated to Naples in November 2012, now a full service restaurant, serving beer & wine. Peter Della Rocca, chef/owner is the fourth generation in America. The family legacy began back in 1894 in Brooklyn, New York. Our cuisine is Classic Italian. Come in and experience a "Big Bite of Brooklyn"!

Peter comes from a long line of restaurateurs, a fourth-generation chef.  Peter opened "TuFoli" in Somerville, New Jersey in May, 1993 and "Allegro-Tu" in November 1997.  His cuisine earned him excellent reviews from The New York Times and a Zagat Survey rating for the finest new restaurant.  After moving to Naples in 2000, he successfully served as Executive Chef for a fine Italian restaurant for four years, receiving excellent reviews from the Naples Daily News.  Peter is also the founder of Peter's Cuisine, Personal Chef & Catering Services and is the creator of Parmesan Pete's Italian Kitchen.  Parmesan Pete's operated successfully in Bonita Springs for two years and now in 2012 relocated to North Naples.
