Award-winning and well-recognized chef Sarantis Botsikos was born in the Greek. Growing up, he worked side by side with master Chefs of Galaxidi, Delphi, Mykonos, and Athens. He traveled to New York In 1980, where he catered to elite events and clientele. Hints of the Greek Isles as well as the country tradition and the endeavor of perfection are evident throughout his recipes.
