We opened in August 2014. Mignonette is owned By Daniel Serfer (chef/owner of Blue Collar) and Ryan Roman the creator of miamirankngs.com. We specialize in the best east and west coast oysters available as well as the full array of raw bar offerings. In addition we carry several varieties of caviar.
