Mignonette is housed in a former-1930s gas station in the heart of Miami's up-and-coming Edgewater neighborhood. Known as a fun oyster bar and seafood haven, Mignonette offers a dynamic menu of quality dishes as well as down-home options. At its heart, Mignonette is a place to slurp oysters, sample fine caviar, dig deep into a fried shrimp po'boy, savor one of Mignonette's Chef Serfer's beautifully-rendered main plates, and enjoy a craft beer or a glass of wine from the award-winning wine list.

We opened in August 2014. Mignonette is owned By Daniel Serfer (chef/owner of Blue Collar) and Ryan Roman the creator of miamirankngs.com. We specialize in the best east and west coast oysters available as well as the full array of raw bar offerings. In addition we carry several varieties of caviar. For non seafood type people, our prime rib and extensive veggie selection is sure to satisfy
