J28 sandwich bar is a Peruvian inspired fast casual restaurant serving fresh all natural meat sandwiches on our daily baked bread. All made by us - in our small kitchen. Owner/chef Javier, comes in each morning around 4am to make J28's famous roseta rolls. J28's co-owner Marco, leads front of the house with preparation of your favorite sandwiches and delivery of a recent catering order for a 100-people event. So keep them coming and lets see what we can do! Our menu also features our most prized organic peruvian coffee that can be paired with our homemade desserts from lucuma infused flan, bread pudding and ice-creams! Are you Vegan? Vegetarian? Don't worry, we got you covered too! It is our hope that each person visiting our location is treated and feels part of our extended J28 family, because you are. Informational: J28 stands for July 28th which is the independence day of Peru. The Rondon brothers both were born in Arequipa, Peru.
