Beto DiCarlo is a 3rd generation restaurateur who created and ran many successful restaurants such as Caffe Ragazzi, Emilio's Casa Toscana, Emilio's Trattoria and Betto's. After more than 25 years, he moved now his charm to Coral Gables to start with Fratellino where you can enjoy his traditional family recipes in a cozy and elegant environment with great service and atmosphere.
