History

Established in 2011.

In all began in 2010 in Hartland, Michigan a suburb northwest of Detroit where Lonny Morganroth had a vacant restaurant space and decided to open a restaurant that combines his favorite foods from around the country with the unique lava rock cooking method for steaks and seafood that he had seen on his travels. As a big sports fan and a father of four he also decided to keep the restaurant comfortable and inviting for families and couples with a central bar featuring a display of televisions along with an open floorplan that is perfect whether you are dining alone or with a large group.
