Inspired by our travels and our love for innovative eats, we're bringing Australian-style rock cooking right here to Tampa. With a sizzling, 755-degree piece of volcanic granite set in front of you, you'll cook your chosen cut of meat or seafood to your personal idea of perfection. You're the expert here, but we're here to demonstrate the process. As an award-winning steakhouse, we specialize in Certified Angus Beef, craft cocktails and beer, one-of-a-kind burgers, and more. History

Established in 2011.

In all began in 2010 in Hartland, Michigan a suburb northwest of Detroit where Lonny Morganroth had a vacant restaurant space and decided to open a restaurant that combines his favorite foods from around the country with the unique lava rock cooking method for steaks and seafood that he had seen on his travels. As a big sports fan and a father of four he also decided to keep the restaurant comfortable and inviting for families and couples with a central bar featuring a display of televisions along with an open floorplan that is perfect whether you are dining alone or with a large group.
