Owner Dave Fansler has been involved in the business of serving great food for more thirty years... With executive chef Porfirio Aldape at his side, the two have worked on thousands of recipes together to come up with one the most well rounded menus in the central valley. General manager Sharon Scott has been the heart and soul of this to the team as she has found through her 25 plus years in the business how to succesfully manage a great and always upbeat staff. Through experience and knowledge this team has come together to create a place that is known not only for it's great food, but also as a benchmark when it comes to service and hospitality.

With successful ventures such as Tahoe Joe's, Yosemite Ranch Steakhouse and Pismo's Coastal Grill, Fansler has opened up dining options all over the city, truly making his mark in a delicious fashion!
