Born and raised in Bologna, the Italian capital of food. Eating Piadine and Gelato . We saw a huge lack of THE perfect piadina, the home made Pasta  and Gelato here in California, Costa Mesa, so we packed and moved all our family to make it happen and Vitaly is now finally open and with an even bigger than expected success Maurizio come from 2 very important chemical industry  and Surf wear experience , Barbara has been a talented Italian designer for La Perla and after surf wear, where she met Maurizio. We both left the apparel industry and studied this project for  2 full  years  before moving here in 2011 . We only have  an acceptable standard : excellence
