Vittorio used to work as a general Manager for few Italian restaurant in the Peninsula, in Burlingame Sapore Italiano, San Mateo Acquapazza and in San Carlos Locanda Positano, for the last five years but he started is adventure in Mill Valley in his uncles restaurant Piazza d Angelo in Mill Valley and after worked in different places in West Portal and San Francisco.
