We consciously source ingredients from here and abroad that have sustainable and free-range origins. The style of food draws on inspiration from southern Europe, with hints of California in a rustic, yet clean approach. Our menu is dictated by the season and around the availability of local and seasonal ingredients with a focus on simplicity and all in-house production.

History

Established in 2010.

Built in 1923, originally a residence during Sunset's orchard era, the historic structure has been reinvented into a welcoming rustic retreat. The space evokes a comfortable and relaxed feel filled with timeless character, recycled materials and repurposed design elements. As you are lead from the enchanting front garden, the reclaimed Douglas Fir floorboards salvaged from a century-old church seamlessly transition onto the back patio where the bar is highlighted by a stunning city-view back drop. The picturesque country garden setting is adorned with rough hewn picnic-style dining tables, tufted banquets, reclaimed Oak panels, lime and olive trees, and a flanking herb and vegetable garden.
