Inspired by the rich culinary delights from the Mughal era, we bring you the exotic and authentic flavors from Northern India and Pakistan. Each delectable dish has a perfect combination of flavors, textures, colors, and aromas. We use authentic ingredients to create dramatic combinations on each plate. Our tastes range from medium to spicy, and have a rich fragrance and taste of ground and whole spices, nuts and dried fruits. We specialize in crème and nut based curries, and flavorful rice biryanis available in vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and soft naans and rotis hot off the tandoor. Each dish is prepared using fresh vegetables and ethically sourced meats. At Shah, our patrons are our family!
