Inspired by the rich culinary delights from the Mughal era, we bring you the exotic and authentic flavors from Northern India and Pakistan. Each delectable dish has a perfect combination of flavors, textures, colors, and aromas. We use authentic ingredients to create dramatic combinations on each plate. Our tastes range from medium to spicy, and have a rich fragrance and taste of ground and whole spices, nuts and dried fruits. We specialize in crème and nut based curries, and flavorful rice biryanis available in vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and soft naans and rotis hot off the tandoor. Each dish is prepared using fresh vegetables and ethically sourced meats. At Shah, our patrons are our family! You are invited to come share the spicy flavors in the relaxed, friendly, and homely atmosphere of our restaurant. Lastly, not all exceptional things in life must be expensive.
