Our signature seasoning is a secret recipe developed over 20 years ago when we transformed ourselves from being be a Fish Market and entered the Restaurant business. We use about 200-300 lbs per month during our peak season, drawing 20,000 customers weekly through our doors. History

Established in 1956.

The San Pedro Fish Market has been family owned and operated for 60 years! We stared as Vista Seafood in - 1956, just up the street on 9th and Meyler in San Pedro. In 1965 the business moved down to the waterfront taking over Norm's Landing Fish Market adding a live crab and lobster tank, corn on the cob, smoked fish and shrimp cocktails. In 1982, after a year of construction where every family member swung a hammer or held a paint brush, the San Pedro Fish Market replaced Norm's and opened for business on Good Friday. In 6 decades we've grown from from a small corner store selling fresh fish to the locals to become California's largest seafood restaurant with seating for 2000 and over a million meals served annually.
