History
Established in 1988.
Vincenzo Vecchiola was born and raised in Porto San Giorgio, Italy. He grew up fishing alongside his father. He loves seafood - a fact clearly reflected in the Ristorante Buon Gusto menus. In 1988, Vincenzo and then partner, Carmelo, opened Ristorante Buon Gusto in its present location. Ristorante Buon Gusto opened to great success right out of the starting gate - a success that the restaurant continues to enjoy to this day. Happily, many of the original Italian locals and their extended families are still regulars at Ristorante Buon Gusto. They know authentic Italian cuisine, and appreciate the level of consistency and authenticity maintained by the Restaurant's kitchen. Vincenzo was later joined by the restaurant's accountants of 15 years, Julian and Catherine, and together they have retained the restaurant's quaint Italian charm, attentive service and the original simple classic menu.
