Rabano's eclectic cuisine consisting of food from several continents is underpinned by an emphasis on preparing everything fresh, with premium ingredients from locally sourced farms and ranches. The menu's variety is a reflection of the Chongs' family background: Cuban, Peruvian, Chinese, Californian.

After making a commitment to eating and living healthier, Fernando Chong and his family discovered that not only did they feel and look better but they also gained a great appreciation for what a healthy diet can do for the soul. This discovery led to the creation of Rabano in 2017 and a mission to spread wellness throughout their community.
