From the heart of Florence to Sunset Blvd, Vivoli's chefs bring their deep rooted passion and talents to delight the most discerning palettes. We are always open to suggestions to improve and make our restaurant the neighborhood choice. About FabioEvery photograph is able to capture the moment...It holds it there, in a simple image...But it is in simplicity that sometimes one is able to find everything...And it is here that my story begins.Fabio Ferrari, born in Reggio Emilia, August 26, 1975 was able to learn the art of pizza making ever since he was a child, improving his recipe over the years, until eventually, his was the best in the world, in the year of 2000, and he was able to win two world championships, for the pizza with the best taste, and the best cooked.But lets talk about the origins.Born and raised in a family of restaurant owners and managers, he could already be found at the age of six, wandering around the Tennis Club of Canali di Albinea (RE), when it was managed by his father.It was at the age of ten that the desire to flatten a ball of pizza dough, made his want to start.To read more go to  ferrarisgoldhands
