History

Established in 1994.

Tra Vigne Pizzeria started as Tomatina, the family friendly sister to the original Tra Vigne Restaurant. After a few years, the Tomatina name was purchased by another company and the restaurant became Tra Vigne Pizzeria, becoming a local favorite for wood fired pizza and beer and wine. After Tra Vigne Restaurant closed in 2016, the Pizzeria assumed some of the best dishes including the Mozzarella al Minuto, the liquor license and some of the amazing staff, all under one roof! The restaurant underwent physical changes during 2017 & 2018 including new Tucci umbrellas for the patio, an exciting chalk art installation by Oakland artist Jolene Russel, new lighting, the original Tra Vigne fountain and a Bocce Court!
