We specialize in artisinal-style small batch gelato (dairy and non dairy) using only the best ingredients available (Madagascar vanilla beans, Sicilian pistachios, Valrhona chocolates, the list goes on). All sorbetto flavors are made with real fruit (no artificial flavorings) and are typically hand-selected at various local farmer's markets. The seasons drive our flavors. If it's ripe at the market, you'll find it at Pazzo. We also serve up Counter Culture coffee (espresso and brewed) - and utilize the Yama cold brew system. We offer an assortment of baked goods and teas from Art of Tea. With a an ever evolving list of flavors, cool tunes playing in the background, great people and incredible dessert, Pazzo is the place to be. Free WiFi, too!
