Lobster West is a family-owned and operated business! We opened our first location in Encinitas, CA back in 2013, and are very excited to now be a part of the Coronado community as well. Having moved to Southern California as native east-coasters ourselves, we are thrilled to share our family's love of Maine lobster rolls with San Diego!

Even today, it is his family's tradition to serve Maine lobster on holidays.
