Established in 2016.

Lobster West is a family-owned and operated business! We opened our first location in Encinitas, CA back in 2013, and are very excited to now be a part of the Coronado community as well. Having moved to Southern California as native east-coasters ourselves, we are thrilled to share our family's love of Maine lobster rolls with San Diego!

Even today, it is his family's tradition to serve Maine lobster on holidays. He is passionate about making sure that every customer's experience at Lobster West is positive, memorable and one-of-a-kind.
