We call our kitchen a "global kitchen" that focuses on multi-national heritages and celebrates diversity through food. "The typical American table," says Pando, "is filled with memories of our grandmothers and grandfathers, our friends, our neighbors, and the stories and memories we can taste that make America's food culturally diverse and exciting."
