Established in 1981.

Frisco's Carhop and diner was founded in 1981 by Takis Stathoulis, a Greek immigrant and his beloved wife Joanne Frisco Stathoulis. Frisco's was a product of Takis' dream to operate a family style restaurant with the charm and characteristics of the good old days of family dining. Years of hard work and dedication have lead to not only a successful family business, but a reputation and presence in the community of Los Angeles. Famous for the original "Frisco burger", a hamburger served on parmesan sourdough bread, Frisco's continues to serve the Los Angeles area with their new Carhop and drive-thru location on Whittier boulevard in Whittier, California.
