History

Established in 2017.

New concept by Chef Tanya (founder Native Foods 1994-2012).Located in old PS industrial area with a great view of the mountains. Began as a manufacturing site for Chef Tanya's Kitchen mail order plant based deli meats and test kitchen and morphed into a deli and marketplace open to the public. Chef Tanya's goal is to provide great tasting vegan meals to everyone regardless of their eating preferences. A second location is open in Palm Desert now too!

Chef Tanya founded Native Foods in 1994 in Palm Springs. After growing the first all vegan quick service take out chain she created a new concept, Chef Tanya's Kitchen, located in a vintage industrial area in the heart of Palm Springs. Specializing in veg meats for fun deli sandwiches (try the El Cubano) and organic salads (try the Coachella Forever). CTK is open to the public and also sells plant based meats nationwide online as well as wholesale to  food service businesses.
