Frederick Guerrero created Burgerlords, inspired by the highly successful blog of the same name, might be the first incidence of blog-to-table dining the world has ever seen.Having long been dedicated students of hamburger culture as one of their first lessons was working with their father Andre at his famed slow fast food joint, The Oinkster. Aside from The Oinkster, they spent 15 years working in the family business opening numerous restaurants like Maximiliano until they ventured off on their own in 2013 to open independent art gallery, Slow Culture. After taking a break from restaurants, 2015 saw them opening the first physical location of Burgerlords in Chinatown's Central Plaza. A 235 sq. ft walk up window modeled after classic no-gimmick burger institutions. With a menu staying true to old school fast food joints.
