Bone Kettle is a small family restaurant established in spring of 2017. Inspired by Chef Erwin Tjahyadi's travel to Southeast Asia, Bone Kettle is located in the heart of Old Town Pasadena's historic Superior Building. Once an iconic Chinese restaurant (Yu Jean Kang)- Bone Kettle continues the legacy of elegant, inspired and chef-driven Asian cuisine establishments in Pasadena's unique restaurant row for the next generation.
