Bone Kettle is open for dinner and brunch- serving dishes inspired by cuisines from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines. We specialize in unique small plates, delicious shareable entrees centers around traditional Southeast Asian Bone Broth and artisan sake, wine and beers. Our menu was created by Chef Erwin Tjahyadi, famous for his culinary innovations in Asian Fusion and bold flavors.

History

Established in 2017.

Bone Kettle is a small family restaurant established in spring of 2017. Inspired by Chef Erwin Tjahyadi's travel to Southeast Asia, Bone Kettle is located in the heart of Old Town Pasadena's historic Superior Building. Once an iconic Chinese restaurant (Yu Jean Kang)- Bone Kettle continues the legacy of elegant, inspired and chef-driven Asian cuisine establishments in Pasadena's unique restaurant row for the next generation.
